Who are we?
Founder Kay Parkinson-Featherstone built her career on a unique ability to balance big-picture strategy with sharp, incisive questioning, delivering results for major brands over a span of 25 years.
Her curiosity & knack for sparking meaningful conversations have been the driving force behind her success & the success of those she supports.
Kay’s creativity was formally recognised during an Insights © programme, identifying her as a rare combination of dominant “yellow and blue”—a blend at the heart of her professional growth.
Our experience
Kay’s experience extends to coaching & collaborating with organisations like Asda, the British Army, Carphone Warehouse, & Comparethemarket.com. Vivacity and Anglian Water, as well as countless individual clients.
Beyond business, Kay serves as a Trustee for Mindspace, a community charity that promotes mental wellbeing.
When she’s not working, she enjoys nurturing her garden. Both literally & metaphorically—finding focus & inspiration in the great outdoors.
